Advanced Regenerative Shockwave Treatment
If you’ve been dealing with persistent pain, slow healing, or a stubborn injury that just won’t resolve — StemWave may be the breakthrough you’ve been looking for!
StemWave uses advanced electrohydraulic shockwave technology to stimulate your body’s natural healing response at the cellular level. This focused treatment activates circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports tissue repair — without injections, surgery, or downtime.
We integrate Stemwave into a comprehensive rehabilitation plan when appropriate. As specialists in outpatient orthopedics and and neurological physical therapy, we look at the whole patient — not just the painful area.
When combined with corrective exercise, manual therapy, and movement retraining, Stemwave can help accelerate recovery and improve long-term outcomes.
How Stemwave Works:

Stemwave delivers precise acoustic energy to the injured area. This energy:
-
Stimulates the body’s natural regenerative processes
-
Increases blood flow to damaged tissue
-
Helps reduce chronic inflammation
-
Encourages cellular repair and remodeling
Because treatment is targeted, we focus specifically on the area of concern to optimize healing and recovery.

3 Frequently Asked Questions
1.) Does insurance pay for this?
Unfortunately, this treatment is not yet covered by insurance. However, it still serves as a more cost effective alternative to other regenerative medicine options or surgery.

2.) Does the treatment hurt?
When the treatment goes over healthy tissue you won't feel anything, but when we go over damaged tissue it will cause some discomfort. However, it is a manageable pain that doesn't require numbing cream or anesthetic. We like to say "you have to feel it to heal it" because when you let us know you are feeling discomfort, that means the treatment is working and allows us to focus on that area.

3.) Is this treatment safe?
Yes, this treatment is labeled by the FDA as a "nonsignificant risk factor". Meaning this device is safe to be used over all parts of the body without significant risk of negative side-effects. There are only 4 things we cannot perform treatment over: 1. pacemakers, 2. fetal tissue, 3. active tumor or cancer, 4. teenage growth plates.
